Branch Accounting Manager / Divisional Controller Position Summary

A growing organization in the construction and services sector is seeking an experienced accounting leader to oversee full-cycle accounting operations for multiple business units. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, leadership experience, and a proactive approach to process improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage all accounting and finance functions for assigned locations.

Lead and develop a small accounting/clerical team.

Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and KPI tracking.

Drive upgrades and troubleshooting for ERP/accounting systems.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting to both local and group leadership.

Support internal audits and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.

CPA and/or MBA preferred, or active pursuit of either.

Progressive accounting experience, ideally in construction or a similar project-based industry.

Experience with ERP/accounting systems and strong Excel skills.

Demonstrated leadership or managerial experience.

Expertise in percentage-of-completion (POC) accounting is highly desired.

Work Environment In-office position, 5 days per week.

Pay Details:

$110,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
