Shop Foreman/Dispatcher
who can keep our technician team focused, efficient, and supported — ensuring top-quality repairs and a smooth daily workflow.
What You’ll Do:
Assign and dispatch repair orders based on tech skill, availability, and job priority
Monitor job progress and help eliminate delays or bottlenecks
Guide technicians through diagnostics and complex repairs
Perform final quality checks to ensure repairs meet manufacture standards
Communicate with advisors and parts to streamline operations
Mentor new techs and help grow team capabilities
Support overall shop organization, safety, and cleanliness
What You Bring:
5+ years of hands-on automotive experience
Strong diagnostic and technical problem-solving skills
Experience supervising or dispatching in a fast-paced shop preferred
Great communication and time-management skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
