Job Title: Phlebotomist – North Phoenix, AZ

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00am - 5:00pm

We are seeking a skilled and dependable phlebotomist to join our team in a IOP setting in N Phoenix. This role involves working primarily with geriatric patients and requires someone who is confident working independently, with strong technical skills in specimen collection and processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture and collect biological specimens from patients.

Accurately enter specimen data into the company’s computer system.

Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute them to the appropriate departments.

Conduct specified analytical testing as assigned.

Follow all company policies and the Code of Conduct in daily operations.

Top Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience (donor, plasma, and MA-only experience does not qualify).

Proficiency in blood draws, venipuncture, and specimen processing.

GED or High School Diploma.

Comfortable working independently.

Preferred:

Experience working with geriatric patients.

Work Environment:

This position is based inside a IOP, where you’ll work closely with other healthcare professionals in a supportive and team-oriented environment. The patient population is primarily geriatric, so compassion and patience are essential. Specific dress code and office protocols will be provided upon hiring.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
