Job Title: IOP Phlebotomist – Gilbert, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) phlebotomist with strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who are confident working independently and thrive in a fast-paced, physician office setting. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring accurate specimen collection and processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform blood draws and collect biological specimens from patients in a physician’s office.
Accurately enter specimen data into the company’s computer system.
Prepare and distribute samples for analytical testing.
Conduct specified analytical testing as assigned.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct in all work activities.
Top Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
2–3 years of prior phlebotomy experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Comfortable working independently in a small team environment.
GED or High School Diploma.
Preferred:
Experience in specimen processing and patient care.
Experience in working with handling difficult draws.
Work Environment:
This position is based inside a physician’s office, where you’ll work closely with medical assistants and physicians. You’ll be the primary phlebotomist on-site, so independence and reliability are key. The setting is collaborative, but you’ll need to be confident managing your responsibilities solo.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
