Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Job Summary: As a
Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative II , you will play a pivotal role in patient experience by delivering expert blood collection services while fostering trust, professionalism, and precision. Working in clinics, PSCs, and doctor's offices, you will provide superior phlebotomy services across diverse patient populations while promoting safety and brand integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform specimen collections (forensic and clinical) accurately and confidently Verify patient identity and ensure proper specimen labeling post-collection Maintain updated records and documentation per compliance standards Promote a
safe, professional, and welcoming environment Flexibly cover multiple locations as needed Support team performance, especially during absences or training needs Adhere to dress code, safety protocols, and company guiding principles Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric draws 2+ years in a Patient Service Center setting preferred Customer service background in
retail or healthcare Data entry/keyboard proficiency High school diploma or equivalent Nice-to-Have Experience:
Medical assistant or paramedic training Experience working across multiple clinical locations Travel-ready and flexible with short notice coverage Required Skills:
Excellent phlebotomy skills with
attention to safety and patient care Independent work ethic and
multi-location adaptability Confidence handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting Preferred Skills:
Phlebotomy certification (Required in CA, NV, WA) Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, clean driving record Open and transparent communication with patients and coworkers Additional Skills:
