Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative
is responsible for delivering high-quality phlebotomy services while representing the organization in a professional and compassionate manner. This role involves patient interaction, accurate specimen collection, and coordination with lab services to ensure timely processing and exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately perform daily operational tasks under the supervision of the area supervisor Draw and prepare blood specimens for laboratory testing Explain procedures clearly and foster patient confidence Maintain a clean, professional, and safe working environment Execute both forensic and clinical specimen collection Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation compliance Positively represent the company to patients, staff, and the public Required Experience:
Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience Data entry and keyboarding proficiency Nice-to-Have Experience:
Over 1 year of phlebotomy experience Customer service experience in retail or service settings Required Skills:
Proficient phlebotomy skills
including pediatric and geriatric draws Self-directed with minimal supervision High attention to
accuracy in a fast-paced setting Preferred Skills:
Training as a medical assistant or paramedic Phlebotomy certification (Required in CA, NV, and WA) Additional Skills:
Flexibility to accommodate weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call needs Strong leadership and process excellence orientation Awareness and respect for confidentiality standards Benefits:
