As a

Phlebotomist

Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) , you'll be a key point of contact for patients receiving critical lab testing. Your primary responsibility is to

draw quality blood samples , prepare them for testing, and ensure a compassionate, efficient patient experience. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and professionalism in all aspects of phlebotomy.

Key Responsibilities

Draw blood from patients using safe, accurate techniques Prepare specimens for laboratory testing Ensure compliance with procedures and documentation standards Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Manage daily tasks independently with minimal supervision Deliver patient-centered service with a positive and respectful demeanor Flexibility for weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime as needed Required Experience

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience Strong pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy skills Phlebotomy certification

required in California Comfortable working independently in high-volume settings Proficient in data entry and keyboarding Nice-to-Have Experience

One or more years of phlebotomy experience Medical assistant or paramedic training Background in customer service or clinical environments Required Skills
