Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative I

is the front-facing representative for patients undergoing blood draws and diagnostic procedures. The role requires

expert specimen collection , exceptional patient communication, and strict adherence to lab safety and confidentiality protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect blood specimens with accuracy and professionalism Ensure safe handling and preparation of samples for lab testing Maintain

detailed documentation and patient records Explain collection procedures to build trust and patient confidence Support a clean, organized, and compliant work environment Follow all protocols for forensic and clinical specimen collection Required Experience:

Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience High school diploma or equivalent Keyboard/data entry skills Strong pediatric and geriatric draw experience Nice-to-Have Experience:

1+ year in phlebotomy roles Customer service in

retail or service settings Medical assistant or paramedic training Required Skills:

Excellent phlebotomy technique Independence in workflow with

minimal supervision Ability to deliver

error-free work

in a fast-paced setting Preferred Skills:

Phlebotomy certification (Required in CA, NV, WA) Flexibility to work holidays, weekends, on-call, or overtime Focus on patient confidentiality and accurate sample handling Additional Skills:
