We're working on behalf of a client seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team on the 2nd shift in York, PA. Key Requirements:

Associate's degree or technical certificate preferred; a minimum of five years' relevant experience or equivalent training Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical component repairs Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately Experience maintaining and repairing precision tools, dies, presses, and other manufacturing equipment Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and safety guidelines in industrial settings Skillful at reading measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers and documenting work clearly Willingness to work on the second shift and adapt to fluctuating operational demands Self-directed with the ability to operate with minimal supervision while achieving objectives Main duties include: Quickly diagnosing and repairing machinery malfunctions across various manufacturing and facility systems Carrying out preventive maintenance tasks on equipment like presses, compressors, and saws to prevent breakdowns Identifying and resolving issues within hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems Assisting in configuring and repairing dies and tools in line with technical specifications and blueprints Inspecting and maintaining compressed air systems and industrial presses to ensure smooth operation Collaborating with engineering to install new equipment or modify existing setups for improved safety and performance Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities and ensuring the workspace remains organized and safe Supporting general plant upkeep, including forklift maintenance and cleaning routines Working closely with production teams to minimize downtime and meet production goals Benefits & Perks: Competitive pay based on skill and experience Consistent second shift schedule providing stability and work-life balance Opportunities for professional development and advancement A safety-focused environment that values quality workmanship Extensive safety training programs and protocols Overtime opportunities to supplement income as needed If you're ready to bring your maintenance skills to a reputable organization and enjoy a collaborative work atmosphere, we invite you to submit your application today.
