Overview

Clinical Nurse (RN) - CVOR (0.75 FTE, Part-Time, 12 Hour Rotating Shift, ON Call Required) Location: Palo Alto, CA. Onsite at Stanford Health Care. This role supports a high-volume Cardiac Cath Services OR with a robust caseload. Responsibilities

Circulate and/or scrub Complex Cardiac, Vascular (including hybrid) and Thoracic cases. Willingness to learn scrub if not already experienced. Support a CVOR program performing Heart, Lung, and Heart-Lung transplants, VADs (destination and bridge), TAVRs, minimally invasive valve procedures, robotic thoracic cases, VATS, and other complex procedures. Maintain readiness for 24/7 coverage as part of a level one trauma center with on-call requirements. Qualifications

Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program. BSN preferred. Experience: Minimum of 2 years acute care Hospital Operating Room experience (CVOR preferred). Licensure/Certification: Current California RN License. Current AHA Healthcare Provider BCLS certification. ACLS certification and CNOR preferred. Highly Preferred: 2 years of scrub experience in cardiac, vascular, and thoracic settings. Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $92.64 - $106.87 per hour. Compensation finalized based on internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. The salary of the finalist will be set based on various factors. This pay scale is not a promise of a specific wage. Equal Opportunity
