Job Description
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for lateral partner hires. Collaborate with leadership to identify hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Maintain and build relationships with external recruitment agencies and industry contacts to expand talent pipelines. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the recruitment process. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies and processes. Provide guidance to practice group leaders on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection. Stay updated on industry trends to implement innovative recruitment techniques. The Successful Applicant
A successful Partner Recruiting Manager should have:
Bachelor's degree (required). Minimum of 6 years experience in recruitment within the legal industry (required). Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements related to hiring. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Ability to work hybrid in Washington, DC.
