Job Description
Lead the end-to-end lateral partner recruitment process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and implement strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent in the legal industry. Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities for acquiring top talent. Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new hires. Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and progress. A successful Partner Recruiting Specialist should have:
A strong understanding of recruitment processes within the legal field (required). Bachelors degree (required). Ability to work onsite 4-days a week (required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans. Analytical skills to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. What's on Offer
