Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to define position requirements and develop ideal candidate profiles. Source and engage a diverse pool of candidates through creative and data-driven strategies. Review resumes to assess candidates' suitability based on skills and experience. Pre-screen candidates, providing detailed recommendations to hiring managers. Regularly update applicant tracking systems to reflect candidate progress along the recruitment journey. Explore new talent channels within the organization and community. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness. Guide hiring leaders through the interview and selection process to secure the best candidates. Participate actively in diversity recruitment initiatives across the company. Act as a brand ambassador to promote NAPA as the preferred employer. Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience with applicant tracking systems throughout the recruitment process. Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges. Demonstrated success in implementing talent acquisition strategies. Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is a plus. Experience with Workday or similar HR systems. Familiarity with modern recruiting trends and strategies. Proven experience partnering with business leaders for talent acquisition. Leadership Skills
