LHH is seeking a Quality Engineer with a strong background in quality auditing and a passion for continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to upholding the highest standards of product and process quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute internal and external quality audits in accordance with ISO and industry-specific standards.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
Analyze audit findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor and report on key quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Support supplier quality initiatives, including audits and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
Provide training and guidance on quality systems and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field).
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in quality auditing within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards.
Proficiency in quality tools and Six Sigma methodologies.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
