Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative II (PSR II)

is the face of our company, supporting patients with compassion and accuracy during their health journeys. You'll collect and prepare specimens for lab testing while providing clear communication and reassurance to each patient. This role combines

exceptional phlebotomy skills

with strong interpersonal interaction in fast-paced medical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily specimen collection and processing under the supervision of the area supervisor. Maintain a

safe and professional environment

in all collection settings. Execute

forensic and clinical specimen collection

with confidence and adherence to guidelines. Verify patient demographics and ensure proper labeling of blood specimens. Accurately maintain records and documentation in compliance with company policies. Build patient trust by explaining procedures and handling concerns with professionalism. Represent the company positively to patients, clients, and the public. Required Experience:

Minimum

three years of phlebotomy experience , including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Reliable transportation and clean driving record, if travel is required. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Nice-to-Have Experience:

At least

two years in a Patient Service Center

environment. Customer service background in a retail or healthcare setting. Keyboard and data entry skills. Required Skills:

Excellent

phlebotomy technique

across diverse patient populations. Ability to deliver

error-free work

in a fast-paced setting. Strong

organizational and decision-making

skills. Preferred Skills:

Phlebotomy certification (Required in CA, NV, WA). Medical Assistant or Paramedic training. Superior communication and

customer service focus . Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime. Comfort with change and

confidentiality protocols . Additional Skills:

Leadership behaviors and process excellence focus Adherence to dress code, employee safety, and guiding principles Capable of multi-site support and minimal-notice location coverage Training flexibility based on site availability Strict punctuality and attendance standards Commute within 20-25 minutes required Benefits:
