What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Provide support for Integrated Facilities clients and internal stakeholders related to sourcing strategies - Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with key suppliers and deliver market and operational intelligence - Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies while maintaining data integrity - Establish relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to review contractual terms - Support the development of diversity programs as per client and company requirements
What is Required (Qualifications): - Subject matter expert in sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management - Experience in building and implementing standardized sourcing processes - Proven ability to manage all sourcing-related functions, including due diligence and RFP execution - Strong communication skills for providing updates to Supply Chain and business stakeholders - Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Jaggaer or Ariba) - Bachelors degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university - 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience, particularly in facility services - Strong interpersonal skills and analytical ability - Proven track record of excellent internal and external customer service
