Responsibilities
Manage the communications program with a focus on preparedness, timely delivery, and continuous improvement
Ensure all documentation aligns with brand standards and industry best practices
Collaborate with team members to gather topics and ideas for regular and special communications
Support account team initiatives and programs to ensure consistency across various efforts
Maintain a comprehensive communications library and build relationships within the account team
Qualifications
B.A./B.S. degree in a related field (marketing, communications, etc.) or 5 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook) and other tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with executive-level clients both in-person and remotely
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with online meetings and collaboration technology
Knowledge of best practices in project communication and support
Familiarity with creative design tools like Camtasia
