Maintain a communications library and build relationships within the team
What is Required (Qualifications)
B.A./B.S. degree in a related field (marketing, communications, etc.) or 5 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook) and tools like Adobe Creative Suite
Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with executive-level clients, both in-person and remotely
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic teams
Strong organizational skills and comfort with ambiguity and deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a communications role within the real estate or investment management sector
Familiarity with online meetings and collaboration technology
Previous experience developing marketing materials or managing communication strategies
