LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established company in Vancouver, WA, to hire multiple Benefits Coordinators. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in growing their careers in Human Resources, particularly in benefits coordination and systems work. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting employee benefit programs while building a foundation for future career growth. Location: Vancouver, WA Duration: Temporary, with the potential to turn permanent Hours/Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Compensation: $23 $29 per hour, depending on experience Responsibilities:

Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on benefits-related questions Maintain and update accurate records for enrollments, terminations, and benefits changes in HR systems Assist with preparing and reviewing reports, reconciliations, and benefits-related communications Ensure compliance with company policies, carrier requirements, and regulatory guidelines Provide support during high-volume periods such as open enrollment, including system updates and assistance as needed Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and support ongoing initiatives Qualifications:

Exposure to or experience in benefits coordination preferred; open to entry-level candidates with strong interest in HR Familiarity with benefits systems; experience with Prism is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and an interest in long-term growth within HR and benefits Pay Details: $22.00 to $29.00 per hour Search managed by: Jake Anderson Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
