Clinical Supervisor
to support our Community Support Program (CSP), Behavioral Health for Justice Involvement Services (BHJI), Recovery Support Navigation (RSN), and Care Management programs.

As a
Clinical Supervisor , you will provide supervision and consultation to care teams serving individuals with behavioral health, substance use, and justice-involvement needs. You'll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality, integrated, person-centered care that addresses behavioral health and social determinants of health.
Provide supervision, clinical consultation, and training to staff across CSP, BHJI, RSN, and Care Management programs Review and approve assessments, care plans, safety plans, and discharges Support crisis management and help reduce hospitalizations and higher levels of care Collaborate with providers to ensure timely, effective, and coordinated services Monitor compliance, quality assurance, and documentation standards Participate in risk reviews, critical incident debriefs, and clinical risk committee meetings Guide staff development and promote best practices in care management and integrated care Who You Are
Master's degree in a behavioral health field required Independent licensure in MA (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC1, Licensed Psychologist, or equivalent) required Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in behavioral health, care management, or related services 1-2 years of supervisory experience required Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred Knowledge of behavioral health, substance use, justice system, and integrated care best practices Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Comfortable with electronic health records and technology systems Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required We Hire for Purpose!
