The ideal candidate will be more of a generalist with large ERP experience. Hybrid work schedule, competitive compensation, and excellent benefits. Responsibilities
Provide daily support for end users and troubleshoot routine and complex system problems. Configure and modify various modules within HR Systems. Prepare and modify system documentation, including processes, procedures, configurations, troubleshooting, and other pertinent details. Provide direction and guidance to internal users of HR Systems. Respond to various ad-hoc requests and provide various reports and analysis. Develop and evaluate testing for internal systems. Act as an internal business partner for internal HR systems. Requirements
Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems (ideally Oracle products) Bachelors Degree, ideally in HR or HRIS (or similar) Experience with data visualization tools and SQL preferred Customer centric mentality Seniority level
