Were looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team and support clients after business hours. This role bridges Consulting and Engineering, handling escalated service desk issues, proactive monitoring, system maintenance, and smaller projects. While this role is primarily remote in Austin, there will be occasional onsite visits to client locations to ensure evening events and operations run smoothly.
What Youll Do:
Monitor and respond to system alerts, tickets, and client calls
Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 technical issues, escalating when needed
Perform server patching, updates, backups, and AD audits
Support Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, Exchange, Intune, SharePoint/Teams, and related technologies
Assist with networking tasks (VPNs, firewalls, VLANs, DNS, SSL certs)
Contribute to company initiatives and side projects during shifts
What Were Looking For: Solid experience with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, Active Directory, Intune, Exchange, and server management Working knowledge of networking, security, and virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware) Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer communication skills Ability to work independently in an evening schedule
