Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Support Analysts and Specialists, promoting their professional growth
Oversee Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and manage the incident management lifecycle
Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues and manage the Mirth Interface Engine
Create and maintain operational runbooks and standard operating procedures for incident response
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance team efficiency
Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a Technical Support Manager in a healthcare or technology setting
Strong leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional partners
Demonstrated experience in a technical operations role with knowledge of Incident Management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring systems (e.g., Datadog, PagerDuty) and operational runbooks
Proficiency in constructing complex SQL queries and experience with Python, AWS CLI, and Bash
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field
Direct experience with modern data platforms like Databricks and streaming technologies like Kafka
Prior experience working as a Mirth Interface Engineer
ITIL or other relevant incident management certification
