Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our client's talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will manage candidate interactions, assist with interview scheduling, and provide administrative support to ensure a seamless recruiting process. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Pay:

$22.60/hr - $29.81/hr Schedule:

Monday-Friday Responsibilities Review candidate resumes and assist with screening for open positions. Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process, including responding to inquiries and providing follow-ups. Schedule phone and onsite interviews; coordinate candidate travel as needed. Answer phones and greet employees and candidates. Maintain accurate recruiting data and ensure proper documentation of offer letters and related materials. Provide guidance on recruiting processes to help fill positions efficiently with qualified candidates. Support recruiters and hiring managers in building and enhancing recruiting strategies. Perform administrative duties to support the recruiting team. Participate in recruiting events and career fairs as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely scheduling of interviews and candidates. Track recruiting and hiring metrics to ensure transparency and continuous improvement. Utilize external recruiting resources, including job sites, social media, and recruiting firms, to source candidates effectively. Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain up-to-date candidate profiles. Perform other duties as assigned by HR management.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a similar role. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with knowledge of recruiting processes and employment practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain confidentiality. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
