Piper Companies is looking for a Federal Proposal Specialist to join a growing AEC firm located in Baltimore, MD. Responsibilities
Lead and manage federal proposal efforts, including writing, strategy, teaming, and presentations Develop pursuit matrices, coordinate subconsultant outreach, and write SF330 sections Facilitate proposal reviews and apply feedback to improve future submissions Support federal marketing and business development initiatives Train technical staff in proposal writing and presentation skills Maintain marketing resources and ensure branding consistency Monitor federal procurement platforms and guide Go/No-Go decisions Assist other market sectors as needed Qualifications
Bachelors degree with 5+ years of experience in the federal AEC industry preferred Proven experience with SF330 proposals and TORNs for federal agencies (DOD, GSA, etc.) Proficiency in InDesign, Deltek, and Microsoft Office Suite Strong understanding of federal contracting, FAR/DFARS, and procurement processes Skilled in both digital and physical proposal production Compensation
