Simplestate is looking for a full-time Real Estate Acquisitions Rep who wants full control over their income. This role is commission-only - but the upside is huge for someone willing to put in the work and get creative. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. If you're a self-starter who can find your own deals and close them confidently, this is your chance to join a high-performance team with uncapped earning potential. Responsibilities

Finding and closing deals with motivated sellers. Prospecting and proactively generating your own seller leads via networking, social, agents, and more. Following up on inbound company leads generated by Simplestate’s marketing. Running comps, calculating offers, and locking up contracts. Coordinating with title companies and our internal team to get deals closed. Work closely with our internal dispositions team to finalize transactions. Qualifications

Crave uncapped income and commission-only structure. Hunter mentality — you don’t wait for leads; you go create them. Have strong people skills and negotiation chops. Are confident in generating your own leads or willing to learn fast. Confidence in running numbers, estimating repairs, and making decisions. Have experience in sales, investing, or wholesaling (preferred). Tools You\'ll Use
