We are seeking an experienced Corporate Safety Manager to oversee our HSE programs at the corporate level, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and fostering a culture of safety across our operations. Based in Fort Worth, this role will play a key part in mitigating risks and ensuring employee safety, particularly within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in Oilfield & Utilities HSE practices and a strong understanding of DOT regulations to support our business. Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and training programs tailored to energy and utility operations. Ensure Compliance within Industry systems (ISN, Veriforce, Avetta etc). Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and DOT standards for transportation and fleet management. Collaborate with operations teams to integrate safety protocols into daily workflows, with a focus on oilfield-related activities. Lead emergency response planning, and incident investigations Oversee claims and incidents from start to finish Drive Safety culture to lower HSE metrics across business Analyze safety data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives, reporting findings to senior leadership. Provide guidance on environmental sustainability efforts, including waste management and emissions control. Mentor and train field personnel on best practices for hazard recognition and prevention. Conduct Safety Trainings including Smith Driver, CPR and hosting quarterly safety meetings for our employees. Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address potential compliance issues. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HSE roles within the oilfield or energy industry. In-depth knowledge of oilfield HSE standards, including hazard identification, PPE requirements, and safe work practices in upstream and midstream operations. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including OSHA 1910/1926 and relevant API standards. Proven track record in incident management, root cause analysis, and safety program development. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in safety management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel up to 25% to field sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications

Certification as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST), or equivalent. (preferred) Experience with DOT compliance, including FMCSA regulations for commercial motor vehicles, hazardous materials transportation, and driver qualification standards. Background in oil and gas / utility projects, with familiarity in industrial maintenance safety. Experience in a corporate-level role overseeing multi-site operations. What We Offer
