The Desktop Support Specialist will resolve basic Windows and Mac problems including application errors, system crashes, and network connectivity issues. Responsibilities

Manage inventory of computer equipment and peripherals used at the Walk-Up Desk. Windows and MacBook troubleshooting. Troubleshoot, reset, and prepare iPads for redeployment. Laptop and Desktop warranty calls. Deliver friendly excellent customer service. Assist with other related tasks where needed. Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience in troubleshooting Mac OS & iOS devices (iPads) Experience providing technical support in person with excellent customer service Experience with installing, operating, and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Mac operating systems and Microsoft 365 ecosystem Experience with iPad troubleshooting Knowledge of asset management Computer hardware troubleshooting Proficiency with Remedy, ServiceNow, Active Directory, SCCM and Intune. Working knowledge of the Microsoft O365 Suite including, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint. Experience with documentation and ticket management systems.
