Job Responsibilities

Partner with the sales team to shape the Customer Experience vision for prospects and existing clients Create compelling written proposals that showcase the employer's capabilities Build relationships with customers to assess their experience needs and the associated business value Conduct product demonstrations to illustrate how clients can achieve their goals with the employer's solutions Propose Customer Experience Management solutions that transform business operations and culture

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role or sales organization Fluent in Italian, with the ability to conduct business in the language Previous experience in a software/technology environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all management levels

Preferred Qualifications

Pre-Sales or Post-Sales support experience in a software/IT environment Fluency in additional European languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German) is a plus Experience with Customer Experience (CX) or Contact Center software platforms Proficient technical aptitude and the ability to become a subject matter expert with new technology Results-oriented with strong organizational skills to meet commitments
