The Team: Our Forensic Technology Services team includes experienced digital forensics, eDiscovery, data science, cybersecurity, and privacy professionals who support electronic discovery, data collection and analysis, and related investigations for clients across industries. Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for projects involving identification, collection, processing, review, and production of electronic data relevant to litigation or investigations. Collaborate with clients to implement efficient workflows, identify and mitigate risk, apply quality control, and ensure data is discoverable and usable. Lead a team of e-Discovery forensic data collection engineers; manage end-to-end project planning, resourcing, execution, and deadlines. Communicate with clients and team members regarding commitments, project status, and issues or challenges. Coordinate with clients and team members to establish project goals, monitor costs, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Lead external and internal meetings to review work results and ensure adherence to eDiscovery best practices. Provide end-to-end project support for data collection, database administration and management, and analysis; gather requirements and maintain project plans and documents. Oversee daily electronic data discovery collection efforts, including digital forensic data collections; utilize Relativity, Reveal, Nuix, and similar tools to support workflows. Produce thorough documentation and summaries of data collection efforts, tracking, and reporting; identify opportunities for process improvement. Qualifications
Core Qualifications: A bachelor's degree from an accredited university (preferred fields: computer science, information management, data science, or related). 5-7+ years of relevant professional experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and draw evidence-based conclusions. Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Exceptional client service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; excellent written and verbal communication. Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Attributes: Familiarity with Relativity, Reveal, Nuix, Brainspace, and other standard eDiscovery tools. Experience with FTK, EnCase, Macquisition, Paladin, Kali, or other digital forensics tools is advantageous but not required. Extensive experience with standard eDiscovery methodology and best practices; solid understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). Experience using Relativity Server and Relativity One as an advanced user and database administrator; experience with document review management is beneficial. What we offer and growth
