Job Title: Controls EngineerJob Description
Design, develop, and implement PLC programs using Allen-Bradley platforms and configure HMI applications (FactoryTalk View ME/SE) for machine interfaces and operator controls. Commission new automated equipment and integrate it into existing assembly lines. Troubleshoot and optimize control systems to improve cycle time, reliability, and safety. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process engineers to ensure seamless integration of automation systems. Support production teams with controls-related issues and provide training and documentation as needed. Ensure all control systems comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills
PLC Programming experience with Allen-Bradley.
Familiarity with GM standards.
Experience with commissioning and debugging in automotive or industrial environments.

Expertise in GM standards and safety regulations.
Work Environment
The role is set in a manufacturing and automation environment where you will work on high-impact automotive projects. There is potential for multi-year extensions, providing a great opportunity to gain experience with GM standards and contribute to innovative manufacturing solutions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
