We are a long-established SF Bay Area real estate litigation firm. Currently, we are four attorneys, with one soon retiring. We seek a qualified attorney to join us and share the many challenging cases we have and anticipate. Much of our case load involves defending property owners and managers in claims involving habitability issues and related injuries. We also defend clients against claims of trespass, encroachment, nuisance etc., and also assert such claims when necessary for our clients. We typically also handle a multitude of landlord/tenant issues, including commercial and residential property owners who are in disputes with their tenants, often involving unlawful detainer proceedings. #J-18808-Ljbffr
