Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Our client is a global AI-powered consumer intelligence platform transforming how F&B brands operate. We seek a Recruiter / HR Generalist to support HR functions, including talent acquisition (70%), employee relations, and HR projects (30%). The role will work closely with the leadership team and employees to ensure HR operations align with company goals. Training for HR topics will be provided. Responsibilities: Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring (GTM roles mainly). Support employee relations, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and conducting investigations. Administer HR policies and procedures. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Manage employee data and maintain HR records. Assist in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives. Support HR projects, including employee engagement and organizational development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs.
Requirements: ADV: 2+ years of experience in a startup environment, Recruitment, or HR. MUST: Experience in full-cycle recruiting GTM roles MUST: Willingness to learn and handle HR operations tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency in ATS or HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work from our NYC office 2-3 days a week.
