As the ideal candidate, you will play a pivotal role in defining long-term information system needs while providing innovative IT solutions and robust infrastructure. Your mission will include ensuring a strong cybersecurity posture, developing and implementing impactful IT strategies aligned with our business priorities, and maintaining governance and effective IT policies. As an integral member of our senior executive team, you will contribute to key organizational initiatives and identify emerging trends in the Health IT sector to leverage relevant opportunities and mitigate risks. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is strongly preferred. At least 10 years of experience in information systems within healthcare or a related environment. A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Professional certifications in executive healthcare IT leadership are essential. Skills Required: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. Proven performance management skills with a focus on driving continual improvement. Capability to manage a diverse team of IT professionals. In-depth understanding of information technology, including HIPAA security, privacy, and regulations. Aggressive pursuit of staying updated with advances in the HIT field.
