Gerresheimer Peachtree City L.P. was established in 1993 in Peachtree City, GA, as part of the Plastics & Devices Division manufacturing and assembling a variety of precision molded plastic parts for various applications in the medical industry. The subsidiary operates in an 132 K sq. ft. production facility with 200 employees.

Job Description

Management of quality control to achieve set targets (e.g., ConQ, personnel costs, personnel efficiency, etc.) while continuously developing the personnel entrusted to you and complying with regulatory requirements.

Personnel management with all associated individual tasks (initiating disciplinary measures, employee appraisals, personnel development, etc.)

Ensuring the induction, appraisal, and further development of employees by subordinate managers

Long-term planning with regard to personnel, work equipment, processes, etc. (e.g.,

OPSP, CAPEX)

Independently ensuring effective customer communication

Proactive cooperation with internal and external interfaces (e.g.,

plant management, production areas, HR, customers) and sister plants

Independently planning and implementing investments for expansion and optimization

Ensuring up-to-date and audit-compliant QM documentation

Responsible for continuous improvement (technologies and

work organization) and coordination of GMS activities

Cost center responsibility

KPI responsibility, ensuring reporting

Approval of the CoA for pharmaceutical products

Independent support of internal and external audits

Participation in internal/organizational projects (e.g., system processes)

Qualifications

Knowledge acquired and deepened through at least three years of technical (university) degree and at least five years of experience in the field of quality management with leadership responsibility.

This position requires specialized knowledge in the field of quality control in the context of pharmaceutical and medical products.
