Who We’re Looking For :

What You’ll Do We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work swiftly and accurately across various projects. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with multiple project relationships and competing priorities. Experience in compliance processes, labor compliance, and familiarity with tools such as Textura and LCP Tracker is highly desirable.

As our new Compliance Specialist, you will provide guidance to staff based on established compliance processes, oversee the tracking of all compliance documents in Textura and certified payroll in LCP Tracker. You will ensure labor compliance, communicate any issues along with corrective action plans, and ensure subcontractors are classifying workers correctly and submitting certified payroll. You will prepare, submit, and follow up on conformance requests. Under the direction of the Senior Contracts & Compliance Director, you will update and review documentation related to contracts and compliance for staff use, ensuring accuracy and resolving issues as they arise. Additionally, you will identify project requirements, develop and communicate plans to the preconstruction team, prepare and submit quarterly/monthly reports, close out projects with DSLBD, and identify new targeted entities for collaboration with MCN. You will conduct routine quarterly reporting and serve as a liaison between the Senior Contracts & Compliance Director and professional service firms' staff and prime contractors for all compliance-related needs.

What You Bring to The Table

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

Preferably 1 plus years of Compliance experience.

Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective presentation skills both to internal and external groups.

Well versed in Excel and all MS Office programs.

Strong and proactive communication (written, phone, and in person).

Ability to work well with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and the community.

What We Offer

Salary Range: $50,000-$65,000 commensurate with experience
