Provide guidance to staff based on established contracts process and oversee tracking of all contracts. Review and understand procedures for contract administration; participate as a resource in contract-related trainings. Under the direction of the Director of Compliance, update contract documentation and ensure accuracy; resolve issues as they arise. Communicate with staff and vendors regarding contract activity; maintain contract-related systems to provide status of agreements and track progress. Represent the firm on schedule and cost matters within approved parameters in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. What You Bring To The Table
Minimum of 3 years of experience as Contract Administrator, preferably in construction or a related field. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. What We Offer
Salary Range: $75,000 to $83,000, commensurate with experience. Employee benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance; 75% cost sharing for family coverage; HSA contributions.
