Provide guidance to staff based on established compliance processes. Oversee the tracking of all compliance documents in Textura and certified payroll in LCP Tracker. Ensure labor compliance and communicate issues along with corrective action plans. Verify subcontractors are classifying workers correctly and submitting certified payroll. Prepare, submit, and follow up on conformance requests. Under the direction of the Senior Contracts & Compliance Director, update and review contract and compliance documentation for staff use, ensuring accuracy and resolving issues as they arise. Identify project requirements, develop and communicate plans to the preconstruction team. Prepare and submit quarterly/monthly reports; close out projects with DSLBD. Identify new targeted entities for collaboration with MCN. Conduct routine quarterly reporting and serve as a liaison between the Senior Contracts & Compliance Director and professional service firms’ staff and prime contractors for all compliance-related needs. What You Bring To The Table

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (or applicable experience substituted for the degree). Preferably 1+ year of compliance experience. Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective presentation skills for internal and external groups. Well-versed in Excel and MS Office. Strong and proactive communication (written, phone, and in person). Ability to work well with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and the community. What We Offer

Salary Range: $50,000-$65,000 commensurate with experience.
