Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a motivated Senior Contract Administrator with experience in construction or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Contract Administrator. The right candidate will track and support ongoing efforts to achieve corporate business diversity goals established by the Project Control department. They will serve as a liaison between the Director of Compliance and/or professional service firms’ staff and the prime contractors. The Contract Administrator should have strong organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented and conscientious, have good typing skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and be able to work swiftly and accurately through various small office projects. Excellent time management and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work are necessary. Competence in job skills and knowledge is required. Successful candidates will be able to share their passion for and dedication to getting the job done and confidently represent the firm, including committing the firm on schedule and cost matters within approved parameters.

What You’ll Do: Our new Senior Contract Administrator will provide guidance to staff based on established contracts process, utilize technical tools, and oversee the tracking of all contracts. They will review and understand procedures for contract administration and participate as a resource in contract-related trainings. Under the direction of the Director of Compliance, MCN Contract Administrator will update documentation related to contracts for use by staff and review all documentation submitted to ensure accuracy, resolving issues as they arise. The Contract Administrator also routinely communicates with staff and vendors regarding contract activity and maintains contract-related systems to provide status of agreements and track progress. What You Bring to The Table: A minimum of 3 years of experience as Contract Administrator and experience working in construction or a related field. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels, both internal and external. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Well versed in Excel and all MS Office programs. What We Offer: Salary Range: $75,000 to $83,000 commensurate with experience.
