The Director of Employee Health is responsible for leading employee health (occupational health) services for AdventHealth West Florida Division. The director is responsible for leading, planning, implementing policies and procedures to provide the highest level of employee health services that meet and exceed all internal and external requirements at the division level. The director leads/coorindates all services and strategies and daily operations for employee health onboarding clinics for new hire processing in addition to hospital facility employee health clinics. The Director leads/coordinates all efforts and campaigns relating to vaccinations. The Director develops and leads efforts related to workforce safety, injury prevention, The Director will support and assist with streamlining communication between all departments, infection prevention, workers compensation, work loss and prevention, human resources and return to work processes. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Responsibilities & Activities

Develops and monitors finance functions and budget for employee health activities, including team resources and related expenses Sets policy, plans, standardizes, and integrates the delivery of all employee health services across the division in collaboration with corporate division Develops strategy for vaccinations, flu campaigns, and other mass employee health efforts related to health and safety Collaborates with corporate leaders to develop strategies for managing employee disease exposures, including COVID-19, and oversees related activities. Qualifications

Bachelor's of Nursing Required Registered Nurse (RN) Required Experience with Workforce Safety, Worker's Compensation, OSHA regulations Presenting/Executive Communication Skills Employment Details
