Our client is a well-known food manufacturer with plants in NY and NJ. Due to grow, seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join the Supply & Logistics staff. Primary duties include:

Managing the flow of materials and finished goods from suppliers through the supply chain to customers

Overseeing distribution across warehouses, manufacturing, and cold storage, while ensuring efficient logistics operations and cost control

Approve customer order releases in the ERP system

Manages 3rd-party warehouse operations, inventory, and inter-warehouse transfers; consolidates shipping and warehousing for efficiency

Maximizes trailer use through freight consolidation, coordinates vendor pickups, and monitors carrier claims and performance

Works closely with operations, sales, marketing, finance, production, and quality teams to align distribution with company goals and customer requirements

Position reports to Logistics Manager.

Ideal candidates for Logistics Supervisor will possess the following:

Associates degree.

3+ years' experience in manufacturing environment

Experience with ERP systems and highly proficient with Excel

Bi-lingual Spanish/English a plus

Salary up to $90,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA, etc.

Pay Details:

$80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
