Warehouse Operations Coordinator
to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you'll help ensure efficient workflow, timely shipments, and smooth communication across warehouse operations.
What You'll Do: Review upcoming workload and organize it into manageable workgroups Reprioritize tasks based on operational needs Assign and monitor work across warehouse personnel Execute and manage waves in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Release orders strategically based on pick-up schedules, size, and complexity Maintain and update wave and loading dashboards Provide clear, consistent communication to picking and replenishment teams Ensure daily shipments are completed on time Balance workload across multiple queues Collaborate with logistics leads, supervisors, and forklift operators to maintain efficient flow Perform additional tasks as assigned What You Bring:
Experience in a
warehouse, logistics, or distribution
environment (preferred) Strong organizational and prioritization skills Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Excellent communication and teamwork skills Why Work With Us?

Pay Details:
$22.00 per hour
