Overview

Principal Oracle Cloud HCM Developer (Hybrid) Providence Health & Services. The Principal ERP Developer provides technical development services across the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design specification, code development, unit testing, integration, acceptance testing and implementation support. The role covers application customizations and enhancements, integration/interfaces, conversions, reporting and automated workflows, with knowledge of Human Resources processes. Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to technical development across the SDLC: requirements, design, coding, testing, integration, and implementation support. Develop solutions for application customizations, enhancements, integrations, conversions, reporting, and automated workflows. Apply functional business process knowledge in Human Resources areas (Absence Management, Benefits, Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Retirement, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management). Interpret business requirements and design technology architecture using SaaS and PaaS cloud technologies, databases, networking, and security. Lead projects and teams; mentor others and provide guidance on tools, methodologies, standards, and best practices. Collaborate with team members, program management, stakeholders, and Business Analysts to deliver end-to-end experiences from concept to final product. Location and Hybrid Work

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services 10+ years of experience as a systems analyst/developer 2+ years supporting finance, HR, supply chain or payroll, Kronos, and Time Attendance in large ERP 4+ years with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) Strong experience with Java Enterprise (JEE) Experience with Oracle ADF, MAF, JET, OCS containers, micro-services Experience with test automation Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Hudson) Strong cloud infrastructure background (Oracle, AWS, MS Azure, Google, OpenStack variants) Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration or related IS/healthcare field 5+ years supporting Oracle Cloud/e-business HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain, or Finance 6+ years supporting Kronos workforce management (v7+) 4+ years with custom Kronos report development (SSRS) 3+ years supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits and Retirement) Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud tech (Data Loader, Integrations, Extensions, Reports, Extracts, Fast Formulas) Experience with Middleware technologies and OIC integration patterns Experience in HCM page personalization/customization Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JavaScript, and Web Services Ability to support Oracle HCM Cloud product releases and best practices Experience in Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Redwood pages Experience in API development and management Salary and Relocation

Salary ranges by location are listed in the posting. Providence is open to relocating candidates from outside listed cities; candidates more than 80 miles away will be required to relocate prior to start. A relocation package is available. Schedule and On-Call

Hybrid work arrangement (in-office/work-from-home weekly). Weekly hybrid schedule defined by manager and department needs. Rotational on-call schedule to support system availability and IT operations outside standard hours. About Providence
