Overview

Principal Oracle Cloud HCM Developer role at Providence. This position involves technical development across the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design specification, code development, unit testing, integration, acceptance testing and implementation support. The role focuses on application customizations and enhancements, integration and interfaces, conversions, reporting and automated workflows in Human Resources domains. Responsibilities

Lead technical development across SDLC for Oracle Cloud HCM/EBS-related solutions. Work with SaaS and PaaS cloud technologies, including database, networking and security principles to interpret business requirements and design and develop technology architecture. Lead projects and work teams; mentor and assist others; provide expert guidance in tools, methodologies, standards and best practices. Collaborate with team members, program management, stakeholders and Business Analysts to create end-to-end experiences from concept to final product. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services 10+ years of experience as a systems analyst/developer 2+ years supporting finance, HR, supply chain or payroll modules (Kronos and Time Attendance) in large ERP 4+ years with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) Strong experience with Java Enterprise (JEE) programming Experience with Oracle ADF, MAF, JET, OCS containers, micro-services Experience with test automation Experience with continuous integration tools such as Hudson Strong public cloud infrastructure background (Oracle, AWS, MS Azure, Google, OpenStack variants) Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related IS/healthcare field 5+ years supporting Oracle Cloud / e-business HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain or Finance 6+ years supporting Kronos workforce management (v7+) applications 4+ years with custom Kronos report development (SSRS) 3+ years supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits and Retirement) Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Data Loader, Integrations, Extensions, Reports, Extracts, Fast Formulas) Middleware experience (OIC preferred), integration patterns and orchestration development Experience in personalization and customization of HCM application pages SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JavaScript, Web Services End-user support and issue resolution for Oracle HCM Cloud; product releases and best practices Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) development and Redwood page customization API development and management Salary & Benefits
