Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to recruit and hire a full-time Accounting Manager just 30 minutes south of Cookeville, TN.
Key Responsibilities

Manage accounting functions: cash flow, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and tax compliance

Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with U.S. GAAP

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and audit activities

Provide analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
-
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls
-
Supervise and develop team members, balancing workloads and performance goals
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred
-
7+ years of progressive accounting experience
-
2+ years of leadership experience
-
Manufacturing industry experience required
-
Ability to work on-site 5 days a week
-
Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as this client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Our Client Offers:

Base salary in the 80k-100k range
