Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to recruit and hire a full-time Accounting Manager just 30 minutes south of Cookeville, TN.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounting functions: cash flow, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and tax compliance

  • Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with U.S. GAAP

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and audit activities

  • Provide analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls

  • Supervise and develop team members, balancing workloads and performance goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred

  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience

  • 2+ years of leadership experience

  • Manufacturing industry experience required

  • Ability to work on-site 5 days a week

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as this client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Our Client Offers:

  • Base salary in the 80k-100k range

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
