Sr. Supply Chain Manager at Elixir Medical Compensation
Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr This range is provided by Elixir Medical Corporation. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus and Stock options Responsibilities
Interface with suppliers to ensure flawless execution at the tactical level while supporting strategic-level corporate objectives Identify supply risks and mitigate them Interface with suppliers to request quotations and create purchase orders to ensure continuity of raw material supply and minimizing cost Participate and plan short- and long-range raw material planning Document information relating to receipt, storage, and distribution of materials Escalates key product and material issues to management Create analytical tools and models to identify, quantify and minimize risks in supply chain Ensure inventory accuracy and manage inventory controls Perform ERP functions relating to material tracking, BOM costing and production Support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures, ISO/MDD requirements, the Quality System Regulations and other regulatory requirements Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, or equivalent relevant experience Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in a supply chain role in the medical device industry Successfully performed purchasing in a manufacturing environment with supplier interactions Solid written and oral communication skills Ability to communicate accomplishments, obstacles, issues and status clearly and concisely to project team members and management Organized, flexible and easily adaptable to changing conditions ERP system experience Proficient at Microsoft Office suite of software tools Seniority level
