Principal Oracle Cloud HCM Developer

Provide technical development services throughout the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design specification, code development, unit testing, integration, acceptance testing, and implementation support. Develop and customize applications for Oracle Cloud HCM, including customizations/enhancements, integrations/interfaces, conversions, reporting, and automated business/technical workflows. Apply functional business process knowledge in one or more HR areas (e.g., Absence Management, Benefits, Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Retirement, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management). Leverage IT architectures with SaaS/PaaS cloud technologies, databases, networking, and security principles to interpret requirements and design technology architecture. Lead projects and teams as needed and mentor others; provide guidance on tools, methodologies, standards, and best practices. Collaborate with team members, program management, stakeholders, and Business Analysts to deliver end-to-end experiences from concept to final product. Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services 10+ years of experience as a systems analyst/developer 2+ years supporting finance, HR, supply chain or payroll, Kronos, and Time Attendance modules in large ERP 4+ years with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) Strong experience with Java Enterprise (JEE) programming Experience with Oracle ADF, MAF, JET, OCS containers, micro-services Experience with test automation Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Hudson) Strong public cloud infrastructure background (Oracle, AWS, MS Azure, Google, OpenStack variants) Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or related field 5+ years supporting Oracle Cloud/e-Business HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain, and/or Finance 6+ years supporting Kronos workforce management (Timekeeper, Advanced Scheduler, Attestation, Analytics) 4+ years with custom Kronos report development (SSRS) 3+ years supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, Retirement) Strong Oracle HCM Cloud technical skills across Data Loader, Integrations, Extensions, Reports (BIP, OTBI), Extracts, and Fast Formulas Experience with middleware and integration patterns (preferably Oracle Integration Cloud) Experience in personalization and customization of HCM pages Hands-on SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JavaScript, and Web Services Provide end-user support and issue resolution for Oracle HCM Cloud Ability to support Oracle HCM Cloud product releases and optimal system performance Experience with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) development Experience in Redwood page customization Experience in API development and management Location and Work Model
Multiple locations with hybrid work options: Anchorage, Santa Rosa, Los Angeles, Irvine, Seattle, Renton, Olympia, Spokane, Great Falls, Portland, Lubbock Notes
This role is hybrid (in-office/work-from-home) as defined by the manager and department needs. Flexibility to participate in a rotational on-call schedule to support system availability outside standard hours.
