Maintenance Mechanic
Pay: $28-31/hr Shift: 1st Shift Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to perform maintenance and repair work on production equipment and facility systems. Responsibilities Perform electrical maintenance and repair work on production equipment and facility systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in production equipment and facility systems. Install, maintain, and repair electrical components and systems, including wiring, motors, and control panels. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of electrical systems. Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments to address electrical issues and improve overall facility operations. Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work. Essential Skills Troubleshooting Preventive maintenance PLC troubleshooting Electrical troubleshooting Facilities maintenance Maintenance of production equipment and facility Hydraulics Pneumatics Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electrical maintenance preferred. Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician in an industrial setting. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, motors, control panels, and PLCs. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Effective communication skills.
