Property Leasing and Administration Regular/daily onsite attendance is required Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease Close sales by generating leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and following up as needed Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turnover processes Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to prospect leads within 24 hours Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals Perform administrative tasks as needed Handle resident concerns to ensure satisfaction Assist in developing resident retention programs (e.g., events, promotions, monthly communications) Contribute to upkeep of office, common areas, and model Marketing & Outreach: support annual marketing plan and market surveys to generate ideas and plans Maintain product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; complete weekly market survey Customer & Resident Relations: maintain excellent customer service and timely service responses Project a positive image to achieve property objectives and public recognition Ensure consistency in dealings with residents and enforce community policies as directed by supervision Education/experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements Physical Requirements
Regular movement to perform tasks; ability to communicate and operate in various environments May ascend/descend ladders, stairs, and ramps; may stand or sit for extended periods Occasional movement of objects up to 25 lbs; ability to work overtime, weekends, and nights as needed; outdoor work in various weather conditions; exposure to chemicals Salary Range: $13 per hour to $16 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
