Human Resources Business Partner - PS DFW: PS is a luxury hospitality company that builds and operates private terminals for commercial flights. PS currently operates at Los Angeles International Airport and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and is developing new terminals at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Miami International Airport. Serve as a strategic partner for senior and departmental leadership, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance across various operational levels. Analyze workforce trends, develop HR solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, and advocate for employees, roles, and Company values. Offer performance management support, foster positive work environments, and address employee relations issues. Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough, objective investigations. Conduct workforce planning, policy interpretation, and identify training needs. Collaborate with the HR Team and cross-functional partners to develop strategic programs and attract/retain high-quality, diverse talent that aligns with PS’s long-term success. Be a member of the PS DFW management committee and contribute to opening planning for DFW in 2026; report to the Corporate HR Manager in collaboration with the Managing Director PS DFW. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to attract high-quality diverse team members and managers. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in HR, business or related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role with strong employee relations knowledge. Advanced knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws. Preference for prior HR experience in luxury hospitality or luxury retail industries with pre-opening/grand opening experience. Ability to coach, develop, and lead people; manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to influence and interact with all levels of management and associates; maintain collaborative partnerships. Ability to evaluate, analyze, and resolve complex problems. SHRM Certified Professional or SHRM Senior Certified Professional credential preferred. Employee Benefits
